How do I pay?

We prefer pre-payment through the website. Otherwise, once at your home we accept cash and all credit/debit cards.

How long will my carpets take to dry?

Carpet drying time can vary, but it usually takes between 2-4 hours for it to be completely dry. The drying time may be longer or shorter depending on the weather and indoor conditions. So, it's always a good idea to air out your house during cleaning and keep it warm. Just try not to walk on the freshly cleaned carpets if you can avoid it.

What stains can you remove?

Stain removal can be a tricky business. We'll do our best to remove most stains, but it all depends on a number of factors like how long the stain has been on the carpet, what type of stain it is, the type of carpet, traffic, and more. We'll give it our all, but if we can't remove the stain, it's likely that no one can. Traffic areas will get extra attention, but the final results will depend on the wear and tear the carpets have experienced over time.

How often should I steam clean?

We would recommend you have your carpets and couches cleaned annually, unless you have allergies, small children or pets, then we would recommend every six months.

Your mattresses are the source of dust, mites, sweat, and dead skin, so we would recommend you have it cleaned every six months to enjoy sweet dreams.

Steam cleaning is the preferred method recommended by textile manufacturers and carpet experts. It helps extend the life of your carpet, couches and mattresses by removing harmful dirt, grime, and dust mites. Plus, it can improve the health of you and your family. Regular vacuuming can remove surface dirt, but steam cleaning is the only way to get deep down and remove those stubborn stains. The more often you steam clean your carpets, the better it is for them.

How much notice do you need?

Need your carpets cleaned ASAP? We offer same-day service 7 days a week in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Give us a call anytime during the day, and we'll be able to provide you with a steam cleaning service. We also work in the evenings or early mornings if that's more convenient for you, just keep in mind that some apartment buildings may have noise restrictions at certain times.
